Simply search and find the people you’d like to send to. Adding them to your address book is easy. Once done, Nimbus will create a folder on your computer ready to use for sending. Can’t find someone you want to send to? Simply fill in their details and we’ll find them for you.

Nimbus makes it easy to send files. Simply open the folder on your computer, drop a copy of the file in and Nimbus will take case of the rest for you.
When the file disappears from the folder, it’s been received at the other end.

At the heart of Nimbus is encryption. Every transfer is encrypted with a unique public private key pair. A transfer is broken into ‘chunks’ which are then each individually encrypted and transferred separately. Once the transfer is completed and the file stored, the public private key pair is discarded.

If you need to collect data securely from your customers, Nimbus provides a Lite Client that your customers can use to send data to you. There is no charge to your customers for this tool, it is reverse charged to your account.

Nimbus is priced so you only pay for what you send (or receive via Lite Accounts). Basic receiving is free.

Within the Nimbus console, you can customise how (or if) other organisations find you on the directory. Even add your logo, contact details or email address to make it easier to find you.

As part of Nimbus, you’ll have access to an easy to use dashboard which shows transfers in progress. You’ll also be able to see your previous transfers, attempts and their status.

Need to do something before files leave your computer, or as they arrive? No problems, Nimbus has a enhanced integration engine that can transform the data as it transfers. Need to upload the file to an internal system? Convert it to another format? With full access to the C# development language within the pipeline, it’s all possible with Nimbus.

Nimbus can be integrated into any application using the built in API. Simply create a set of credentials in the user manager, then you can manage your address book and send files over the API.

Your Nimbus sends regular heartbeats to Atlas, our centralised management hub. If something seems to be going wrong, we’ll let you know.

We believe data encryption should be done as close to where the data is being generated or consumed. That’s why Nimbus is installed on your computer (or server), which connects to the Nimbus private network to perform peer to peer transfers.

Nimbus connects out to our dedicated private network. There is no inbound firewall ports to open required and Nimbus will work out of the box on most networks. This keeps your network as secure as possible.
